Eastern Shore Toyota is open for sales and service to serve you as we face these challenging times together. We’ve taken a number of steps at the dealership to create a safe and healthy environment.
This includes recommendations from the CDC like practicing social distancing, hand sanitizing stations throughout the showroom and service drive, thoroughly cleaning the entire dealership, washing vehicles, wiping down door handles, steering wheels and gear shifts as well as using seat covers while vehicles are in for service. In addition to the above safety measures, all of our team members are wearing safety goggles, masks and gloves while in contact with customers. We are also offering gloves to all service customers as well as gloves and masks to all sales customers. In an even further effort to go the extra mile for our customers and our employees, we are also actively checking everyone’s temperature before entering the dealership. If, for some reason, our customers are unwilling or unable to wear these protective items that we are providing, we will be unable to provide sales or service work. Our entire organization is committed to the health and safety of all during this terrible crisis and we are confident that we will see better days ahead.
