It’s a saw. Toyota is absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever walked into that made me feel extremely comfortable without the pressure to buy something that I was not ready for. I ended up buying a Toyota Tacoma for my wife’s birthday. Not only did they let me leave it there at their dealership for two weeks until the day of her birthday but they actually delivered it to a condo that I was staring at on the beach With a big bow on it. My wife was extremely happy with her birthday present and I can’t say enough about this amazing dealership and all our help that made it possible. I would highly highly highly recommend a dealership to anybody. That made me feel like family!!!

Robert Sandwell did an exceptional job on my new 2024 Toyota Tacoma purchase.

I brought my 2008 tundra in for brake fluid exchange, coolant exchange, and transmission fluid exchange. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and was going to leave it for the scheduled maintenance to be done on Thursday. I received a call from service Wednesday afternoon and my service was already completed. However, the techs found that I needed a new water pump. They completed the water pump install and the truck was ready Thursday afternoon. Best customer service from a toyota dealership in southern Alabama.

Dealt with personnel here last 15-20 yrs. Exceptional Sales and Service. After relocating 4 hours away, I still choose to maintain connection with this dealership. Just purchased a new 2024 RAV4 from them.

Nicson was wonderful to work with and I give him 5 stars! The financial guy- not so much. Tried to pressure me and guilt trip me into a warranty package that I repeatedly said I wasn’t interested in. Said it was a ding against him if I didn’t get it. Looked up a car I had purchased back in 2019 and said I had the package with that one when I know for a fact I didn’t. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and said I didn’t want any extras. Nicson honored that, the financial man did not.

Got there a little after 7am for an oil change and tire rotation. Andrea Nichols got my vehicle in right away. She took the time to answer my questions along with printing off a copy of my trucks service record. They had me done in 35 to 40 minutes. Andrea was very courteous and helpful. First time bringing in my 2017 Tacoma to Eastern Shore Toyota for service. I will be returning again....thanks for an overall great experience!
